In today's world, continuous improvement is almost mandatory. A common phrase in business is that "if you are not continually getting better... you are getting worse".  There is some validity in this.   • Do I/we regularly ask ourselves the above question?

  • Are we doing this review with complete objectivity?

Strategic Planning

Business vs Strategic, choose one? You should not and do not have to. While some maintain that they are the same thing, they are clearly not. The first of these provides an overriding vision of where you want your business to go, whereas strategic planning provides something specific about how to get there.  On its own, your strategic planning may be a subset of your business plan or it could be an ad hoc stratagem.  Either way, we will provide visibility on progress, implementation and feedback.
